Central Mass Agency on Aging, Inc.–Executive Director


Provides leadership and overall management of the Agency, utilizing policies set by the Board of Directors and sound management principles.

Responsibilities: Regular reporting to the Board, staff supervision, financial management, public relations, fundraising and program management.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in human service administration or relevant area; minimum of 3 years management experience in a non-profit with demonstrated ability in staff supervision and effective work with voluntary Board of Directors; knowledge of organizational planning, resource development, fundraising and public relations; excellent written and oral communication skills; commitment to elders. Salary range: $65,000-$70,000; flexible benefits.
