Orleans–Social Service Coordinator


The Orleans Town Administrator is accepting application for the position of Social Service Coordinator for the Council on Aging. Position is 40 hours per week and may include occasional nights and weekends. Salary range is $24.91 – $31.88 per hour, with full benefits.

Position manages the coordination of social services to older adults and caregivers including community outreach, coordination of support groups, and information and referral services.

Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or gerontology with at least 2 years’ experience working with the elderly in a social service capacity required; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Licensed social worker preferred.  Must use own vehicle and meet Town’s insurance requirements. Mileage reimbursed provided.
