A champion of diversity and inclusion, the Ethos Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, and direction for the organization’s thriving programs, services, and activities. Reporting to and seeking guidance from the Board of Directors, the incoming CEO will be a visionary who will oversee the organization’s strategic direction, organizational status and reputational well-being. The successful CEO will also provide financial stability, contractual and regulatory compliance, and superb program performance and quality. The CEO will directly supervise the Chief Financial, Operating and Development/Community Relation Officers and represent Ethos in fundraising endeavors as well as public events. It is anticipated that the successful CEO will continue to build on the strong Ethos foundation by fostering an inclusive team environment and a dynamic culture.

As an advocate and an ally for the communities served, the CEO will build upon the organization’s successes by developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue growth through legislative advocacy, fundraising, and business development. This leader will oversee all operations and insure a seamless alignment with the Aging Service Access Point (ASAP) network, Elder Nutrition Project and any other designation critical to the Ethos community.
