Springwell seeks a well-qualified Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead what is already a successful, financially healthy organization serving an important mission.

The next CEO will be Masters’ prepared with a leadership background in elder services, services for the disabled, or similar non-profit leadership experience. S/he will thrive in a highly visible role featuring engagement with the community at large, government funding sources, insurers, housing authorities, and providers of health care and other services for the disabled.

Springwell is a private, not-for-profit, $42 million organization that promotes the independence, dignity, and well-being of the elderly and disabled through the coordination and delivery of high-quality, affordable home and community-based care. Headquartered in Waltham, MA, Springwell’s mission is to provide quality comprehensive services to seniors, individuals with disabilities and those who provide care, guided by a commitment to an individual’s right to live independently in the community.
