The Town of Middleton is seeking a visionary leader to be our new Council on Aging Director. This person will have the ability to work well with other departments, manage a budget, seek and apply for grants, oversee a staff, and work with our expanding and active senior population.

It is an exciting time for the Town as we are planning to construct several major buildings over the coming years including a Senior/Community Center in approximately 5-6 years. The person in this position will be integral in the planning for this major undertaking.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of social science desirable; three years of progressively responsible experience in social service working with an elderly population; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Expected salary range of $65,000 – $70,000.
