Full-time and/or part time opportunities based in Florence and Greenfield to join a wonderful team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and customer service for a busy organization that provides services to elders and people with disabilities. Positions available in Greenfield and Florence.
Must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to successfully multi-task in a changing environment; good clerical aptitude; excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and data entry. Must be attentive to detail and responsive to customer needs.
Full time hours Monday through Friday, 9:00-5:00. Part time hours up to 20.
