Identify, document and address the needs of seniors and their families; provide seniors and their families with information, referral and advocacy. Retain accurate and current knowledge of available community resources and services. Informs and educates the community through COA Newsletter, presentations and other media. Develops and maintains relationships with service providers, agencies and Town depts. Be able to maintain strict confidentiality Good interpersonal and communication skills; strong computer skills and ability to multi-task.
Must have access to dependable transportation and successful CORI required.
Bachelor’s degree in social work, gerontology, human services preferred.
