The Board of Directors of Elder Services of Worcester Area (ESWA), Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional as our next Executive Director. This individual will guide the administration and operation of our highly-respected organization in fulfilling its mission to help individuals remain at home with dignity and independence for as long as possible. The Executive Director is an unwavering advocate for those the agency serves and employs.

ESWA is one of 25 Aging Services Access Points in Massachusetts with an annual operating budget of $32 million, 211 staff, 400 volunteers and a subcontracted vendor network of more than 32 direct service agencies.

A graduate degree in social services or similar discipline is preferred. A minimum of ten years’ senior management experience (five years of which must be in non-profit administration) is required. Candidates should have experience in managing budgets of similar size and working knowledge of health and long-term care administration and home and community-based services.
