GENERAL SUMMARY:  

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Business Data Analyst will support the organization’s needs for data analytics, business intelligence, and related metrics to inform decision-making, planning, and continuous improvement. Working with agency leadership, he/she provides technical and analytical support to departments and programs throughout Minuteman Senior Services blending clinical, financial and strategic information. Engages directly with business teams consisting of operations, finance, marketing, compliance and quality improvement and develops elegant reporting solutions to help them fully understand their data, derive valuable insights and drive business change. Responsible for the design, development and programing of systems to consolidate and analyze data from multiple internal sources and to integrate unstructured, diverse sources to generate actionable solutions and communicate the organization’s value to internal and external stakeholders.
