The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for creative planning, program development, organization and implementation of new and existing programs for the Senior Center in conjunction with the Executive Director. The position provides support, feedback and communication to existing programs in the Center and outreach support both in the Center and in the Community through information and referral around insurance, information, legal services, available home services and other pertinent information to elders.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in human services, gerontology, social work or a related field; Current Massachusetts MSW/LICSW preferred; Three to Five years of experience in social administration or in management of a human services environment for the elderly; or an equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the position.
