The Town of Merrimac COA seeks a compassionate and experienced Outreach & Human Services Coordinator. The Outreach/Human Services Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing social services for elders and their families in the community. Service knowledge required includes case management, Fuel Assistance, Food Stamps, housing, emotional support and continuing education or a variety of age-related topics and general information. Bachelor’s degree in human services field or other related field, preferably with older adult experience; three years of social work experience, or any equivalent combinations of education and/or work experience.
