EOEA Board Trainings
Each session covers a wide variety of topics from board development, best practices and working relationships to the MA aging network, programs, communication/s and related issues. Board members, COA directors and “Friends of the COA” are welcome; audience participation is strongly encouraged.
The programs are 2½ hours (with a short break). The training is conducted by Mr. Emmett Schmarsow, Program Manager for Councils on Aging and Senior Centers at Elder Affairs.
Please confirm attendance with the host site at last one week in advance: space is limited to a maximum of 30 participants. If interested in lunch, please check with the host COA/site in advance. Thank you.
