Tammy Gooler Loeb brings over 30 years of professional experience to her work as a coach, facilitator and trainer. Her practice focuses on career and executive coaching, job search strategies, workplace communication, leadership development and team building. Her clients represent a wide range of industries including biotechnology, information technology, financial services, non-profit organizations, public health, law, health care, sales, media, entertainment, public relations, management consulting, executive management, retail, and education.
Tammy earned her M.B.A. in Public and Non-Profit Management from Boston University and has a B.A. in Psychology from Hampshire College. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach by the Coaches Training Institute and a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program. Tammy is a Certified Practitioner with the Motivation Factor Indicator and Training Program. She was selected as one of the Top Ten Executive Coaches by the readers of Women’s Business Boston in 2008.
In September 2018, Tammy will launch and host a weekly podcast known as “Work From the Inside Out”. Listeners will hear stories of regular, everyday people who made their career aspirations come true while attending to the practical matters of life. The podcast will highlight best practices for developing meaningful and satisfying work options, whether it means making a complete career transition or adjusting one’s current situation. Interviews with people who have come to love their work and experts in the fields of positive psychology, career development and organizational management will be featured, along with Tammy’s tips and tools for moving toward meaningful and satisfying work.
