Resilience in Uncertain Times

In a time of ongoing stress, uncertainty and change, we seek strategies and tools that enable us to navigate upheaval healthfully, help build a grounded optimism and provide a path for a better future. The practice of resilience in our daily lives, at work and at home, makes these outcomes possible.  In this keynote address, Dr. Maria Sirois explores how we might handle difficult moments with optimism, leverage our connections and activate a more robust self-care for those we work with and for ourselves.
